Parent/Caregiver - Child Class
Guiding Growth’s parent/caregiver-child class is a nurturing environment designed to foster the child's natural curiosity and development while providing you with valuable insights into early childhood education.
A carefully designed space filled with developmentally appropriate materials that engage the baby’s senses, encourage exploration, provide opportunities for language exposure, and learning.
Enhanced child development
Exposure to development appropriate activities can support the baby’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Increased caregiver knowledge
Learn about child development, Montessori principles, and practical parenting strategies.
Community building
Connect with other parents and caregivers in a supportive environment.
By participating in a Montessori parent/caregiver-child class, you can provide the baby with a stimulating and enriching experience that lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
Series 1: Infancy (birth to walking)
Our first series will focus on supporting the pre-walking child with exploring and adapting to their environment. Topics include: gross and fine motor development, language development, sensory exploration, fostering independence in the home, and anything else that is of interest to the group.
New to our spring session, we are offering Montessori supported child care for siblings that are age 4 and under. The classroom will have work material appropriate for this age group and will be supported by one of our fully trained staff while you focus on your infant. Space is limited.
